7:30 pm: Events Committee meeting7:30 pm: Events Committee meeting – As you know, our dedication ceremony for the Martin Berry House is scheduled for Saturday, October 13. Plans are underway, but there's more to be done. In case you've missed recent meetings, we have lined up a Town Crier to act as Master of Ceremonies. He'll introduce the dignitaries and honored guests -- in period costume. A variety of educational exhibits and re-enactors are being invited to participate, as outlined in previous emails. Still needed are Society volunteers to help out on the big day. We'll need people to help out in all sorts of ways, including docents to offer tours of the house. We hope you can attend the meeting, and thank you! |
